Change and Cancellation Policy

Outdoor Adventures wants your business, and wants you to feel confident reserving a trip with us, whether it be via phone or online—that’s why we offer one of the most flexible change/cancellation policies in the industry.

Our Change and Cancellation policy is based on how long before your reservation you opt to change or cancel. If you have a change or cancellation request, you may make it by phone at 423-487-2085, or by email at .

Change / cancellation policy for groups of 14 or less:
10 or more days before your trip, you may:
  • Reschedule your trip for another day or time.
  • Cancel and request a voucher (no expiration) for one or more of the rafters in your group for use at a later date.
  • Cancel and have your credit card or PayPal account refunded 100% of the price for one or more of the rafters.
Between 48 hours before and 10 days before your scheduled trip time, you may:
  • Reschedule your trip for another day or time.
  • Cancel and request a voucher (no expiration) for one or more of the rafters in your group for use at a later date.
  • Cancel and have your credit card or PayPal account refunded 50% of the price for one or more of the rafters.
Less than 48 hours before your scheduled trip time:
  • No changes may be made, and no refund will be given.Please understand that by this time, we have already arranged for equipment and guides for your group, and it is likely other customers were turned away because of your reservation. However, we understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances can occur. If some of your group must cancel due to an extenuating circumstance, please email a description of the circumstance to our river manager at info@outdooradv.net. On a case by case basis, the manager may offer to reschedule or provide vouchers for rafting on a future date if the situation justifies it. Unfortunately no credit card or cash refunds may be given less than 48 hours before your scheduled trip time regardless of the circumstances.

  • Cancel and have your credit card or PayPal account refunded 50% of the price for one or more of the rafters.
