Another Summer in the Smoky Mountains has come and gone, and while we’re still offering white water rafting trips throughout the Fall, we’d like to reflect on some of our favorite customer reviews from the 2017 rafting season.
Because the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited national park in the country, we get to meet people from all across the United States and the world. Some of them are experienced rafters, hikers and outdoorsmen — others have never even seen a river before. We love exposing first-timers to the fun and beauty of the outdoors, and hope our trips will encourage both children and adults to explore the world around them.

“We have rafted the Pigeon River before with other larger companies, but this trip was our most enjoyable experience. This ‘mom and pop’ operation offered a personal touch. The scheduling over the phone and the check-in process was smooth. The owner is very nice, and the guides seem to really enjoy the work. My wife and I and one other couple (who’d also been rafting before) were assigned to James. He was very aware of his surroundings, and we felt completely safe with him. You can tell that James lives to be on the river and wants to share that experience with as many people as he can.”
